How Do I Set Up a BMW 128 Car With a Universal Garage Opener

1. Enter the drivers seat of your BMW with your garage remote and press and hold the two outer buttons on the cars on-board system. Hold the buttons until the systems LED light begins flashing.
2. Hold your remote 2 inches away from the on-board system. Press and hold the open button on the remote and the button you wish to program on the on-board system.
3. Hold the buttons until the LED light on the system begins to flash more rapidly and release.
4. Press and hold the Trained button on the on-board system until the LED light stops flashing and glows solidly. This will end the programming sequence.
